I see images I love all of the time. Sometimes it’s too tempting not to play around with an image and add a twist to what the original artist has seen. Some of these pieces are from the Mabos digital art show that also included my Circular images. For this show Melinda Blennerhasset created fantastic digital art using old arcade game screen. Other fanpics here include a take on Ruth Orkin’s classic, The Man In The Rain, a detail from Maser’s ‘U ARE ALIVE’ on Grantham St., Dublin plus images from Richard Mosse’s amazing show, The Enclave. Finally, not to forget the unknown police photographer in Rochester, NY who gave us a wonderful mugshot of David Bowie himself back in ’76!
